Shipping policy
All orders are shipped from Spain using certified and insured delivery services only, with tracking and delivery confirmation.
Placing an Order
To place an order, select the desired products and add them to your shopping basket.
Before completing payment, applicable shipping costs will be calculated automatically based on the delivery address and displayed in full.
Discount codes are not cumulative and cannot be combined with other promotions.
Once your order is completed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Order Processing
Orders and confirmed payments received will be processed within the next business week when the item is in stock (not applicable to pre-orders, customised or bespoke).
Orders are prepared and dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
If delivery details need to be corrected after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been dispatched, any change will require a new shipment at the customer’s expense.
Delivery Address
Orders are delivered to the address provided by the customer.
Delivery to P.O. boxes is not available. A physical street address is required.
Delivery is deemed complete when the order has been received and signed for by the customer or an authorised third party at the delivery address.
If delivery cannot be completed due to the customer’s absence, the customer must arrange redelivery directly with the carrier.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Due to the nature and value of our products, we offer certified and insured shipping only.
Estimated delivery times from dispatch:
- Mainland Spain & Balearic Islands: 10–15 business days
- Canary Islands, Ceuta & Melilla: 15–18 business days
- European Union & other destinations: 15–20 business days
Shipping costs vary depending on destination and are displayed before checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected during peak periods, public holidays, customs procedures, or exceptional circumstances beyond our control.
Custom & Made-to-Order Jewellery
For personalised or made-to-order pieces, delivery times will be communicated individually, depending on the design and manufacturing times.
Such pieces are manufactured on request and are non-returnable, except in cases of defect, in accordance with our Returns Policy.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges may apply once the shipment reaches the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by us.
